I started coming to this location four months ago. Each time my stylist has been professional and courteous, and they've always given me an excellent haircut. Thanks to Makayla and Taylor for a job well done.

I didn't see a minus star rating so I was generous and gave one star to the ratting of my haircut. Run from this place since the location is under new management. I use the word management very loosely. I have going to this location, 6457 Chippewa Street St. Louis, Missouri 63109, for three years and have had awesome experience until Jess left to mange her own store. I highly DO NOT reccommend this Sports Clips! Find another location.

Walked in and was refused a haircut. I have a flat top haircut and have been going to this location now for about two years. Taylor approached me immediately and told me that my haircut was too hard and she would not cut my hair. I told her I was willing to let her practice and she said, NO. Then Libby stepped into the lobby and told me she wasn't going to cut my hair either, it was just too hard. I told her that I was willing to let her try and learn and she said, "I don't want to learn, for what, so I can do one once a month?" They embarrassed me repeatedly in front of other patrons telling me how they were NOT going to cut my hair and were hostile about it. Taylor then went into the back room and called another stylist (Simone) on the phone, who hadn't even arrived yet and asked her if she would be WILLING to cut my hair. I was then told I would have to wait 45 minutes until she arrived or come back later. I'm friends with Jess and have never been treated so badly. Very disappointed. I thought hairstylists were trained to cut anyone's hair. Apparently not.
